The Activ8 brand is a Wolseley Trust physical activity programme and Gym based on Wolseley Business Park. In partnership with Ford Youth and Community Gym (a local registered Charity), the Trust directly commissions a gym and a range of physical activity interventions.

Ford Gym is the community’s gym, run by members for the members, and offers a unique social, almost family like training environment for residents of all ages and abilities. Whether they are looking to improve general health, fitness & wellbeing, train for a career, part of an exercise referral or rehabilitation programme you will find them with us.
